6 7 Rush is a free-to-play mobile game with optional in-app purchases and advertising. This policy applies to the iOS version of the game available on the Apple App Store.
To show you personalized advertisements, we collect your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA). This is a unique, non-personal identifier assigned by Apple to your device. The IDFA allows advertisers to deliver relevant ads without identifying you personally.
What this means: When you play 6 7 Rush with ads enabled, advertisers may show you ads based on your interests, but they don’t know who you are.
If you choose to purchase the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase, Apple processes and stores this transaction. We receive confirmation that the purchase was made, but we do not collect or store your payment information. All payment data is handled securely by Apple.

The game stores your high score and settings locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the game. AdMob uses your IDFA to:

When you purchase “Remove Ads,” we use Apple’s StoreKit to verify the purchase and disable ads in your game. Apple processes the payment and provides us with a receipt confirming the purchase, but we never see your payment card details.
Your high score and game settings are stored only on your device. We do not transmit this information to any servers.
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob is a third-party advertising platform operated by Google LLC.

Data Retention: Google manages ad data according to their privacy policy and data retention practices. We do not control how long Google retains this data.
We use Apple’s SKAdNetwork framework for privacy-preserving ad attribution. SKAdNetwork allows advertisers to measure ad campaign effectiveness without sharing user-level data.

In-app purchases are processed through Apple’s StoreKit. Apple manages purchase data according to their privacy policy.
You have the right to opt out of personalized advertising:
iOS 14.5 and later: When you first launch 6 7 Rush, iOS will show you an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking for permission to track you across apps and websites. If you select “Ask App Not to Track,” we will not access your IDFA, and you will see non-personalized ads instead.
Change your choice later: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your iPhone and toggle off “6 7 Rush.”
Limit Ad Tracking (iOS 14.4 and earlier): Go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising and enable “Limit Ad Tracking.”
You can purchase the “Remove Ads” in-app purchase ($1.99) to permanently remove all advertisements from 6 7 Rush. This purchase is tied to your Apple ID and persists across devices when you restore purchases.
If you purchase “Remove Ads” and reinstall the game or switch devices, tap “Restore Purchases” on the start screen to restore your ad-free experience.
Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no account data to delete. If you want to remove all local game data (high scores, settings):
This will reset all local data.
6 7 Rush is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only data we collect (IDFA for ads) is not personally identifiable and is only collected with parental consent via the ATT prompt on iOS 14.5+.

6 7 Rush is available globally. If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect (through AdMob) may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates data centers.
By using 6 7 Rush, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy.
